I don't ride a horse on the roads but do ride a motorbike. I always wear a hi-viz vest, no matter what time of day it is or what the conditions. It's just part of my gear. I'm always a bit baffled when I see other bikers/cyclists etc without hi-viz. Not in a judgemental way (honest....), just...
