I had my first riding lesson on my tenth birthday. I rode at riding schools but found it hard to keep up my hobby at Uni. I was struggling to keep the interest alive on RS horses and schoolmasters and realised life is too short so I decided to move house and buy a horse. Ernie is my one & only horse of a lifetime.

Other than horses? Erm, taking pictures of horses...
I have a sewing machine and have been known to make endless patchwork cuddly toys during times of stress. I like baking and was a cook for a while but my cooking is best described as 'experimental'.
