Used a flexineb for about 3 years.
My mare took to it well, it wasn't covered by insurance due to a previous claim but it was worth the money as she was well enough to be in ridden work after starting with it.
Also the cost of liquid drugs compared to inhalers saved me a fortune during that time.
I've got one for my mare and I can honestly say it's been great for her, I bought mine as my insurance wouldn't cover it and I'd say it's been worth it. She was on inhalers to start with and the cost of those was crazy so although the purchase price is high the long term costs of drugs is a lot...
I've got one for my girl, I've had it for about 18 months and it's been amazing for her copd.
It was a lot of money but without it she certainly wouldn't be in ridden work now.
It was a last resort from the vets before considering pts and I'm so glad we gave it a go!
I'm 4 weeks on from surgery for a meniscal tear on both sides of my right knee and a damaged acl.
I rode occasionally between the original injury and the operation. It was painful so limited how much I could do, a gentle walking hack was about all i could manage in the end. I actually bought...
My section A had a tiny head too and most Shetland bridles were huge on her round the nose and throat lash. The only bridle I found that fit well was the Sabre small pony bridle. It was made a lot finer and in proportion for fine dainty heads.
My mare had one come up in the same place on her left eye. She has a lot of sarcoids of different types and over the years we have had all sorts of treatment, some successful and some not so much.
After discussion with my vet we decided to not to anything as it wasn't causing her pain or...
I'm going through the same thing with my 15yr old Welsh d mare. I've had her for 9 years and she's always been a good doer, but just recently has been dropping weight and has gone from approx 503kg down to 436kg!
I had the vet out to run bloods, but all seems clear, so I'm stuck trying to...
I've used the future animal bedding cardboard for over a year and not had any problems with the ink on it.
Some bales are plain and others are printed, it all depends on what they have in to shred, but it's always given me a giggle trying to figure out what the brands were, the most amusing...
I wouldn't know where to get it on line but I'm surprised the vet hasn't offered to supply CortaVet to begin with. I had a large bottle from an equine hospital when my girl was diagnosed with DJD and it's supposed to be twice the strength and has the HA in it. It lasted about 9 months but can't...
I managed to arrive at a dressage comp with everything I needed ... apart from the trailer keys to unlock the tack locker and living! It soon became obvious the OH had dropped them getting into the car. We ended up unloading my girl and tying her to a friends lorry while the OH took the trailer...
