I always ride out with a Hat/Cam that films front/rear at the same time. If I have any incidents I then report and download them to the local Police Force and also make a report on the Horsei App, which i find O.K. to use.
Sounds like you are a totally responsible owner who has cared for your horse for many years. You know your horse best, and if you feel now is the time to pts then make that decision and end her suffering.

If you have a young horse you most certainly do not want to be hacking out with a green horse. I would not ride with her and jeopardise your horse losing its confidence or learning bad habits.
