Our stallion would be your worst nightmare then!
Colored, a bit feathery, is a Friesian but gets mistaken for a gypsy cob
Yes, I do have permission from the photographer here
And this seems (maybe I'm wrong ) like evidence of why not everyone is cut out for owning youngsters. It sounds to me like no one has ever shown any disciple, and he's just been allowed to be boss all the time.
1) Beg the owners to geld it. What happens if one day you can't hold onto...
Why is he always last? Well you've already answered! The best breeding in the world doesn't counter act his terrible lack of manners and discipline.
If you want to do something about it, start being a disciplinarian and eliminating that behavior. Still, even if you do manage to make him...

OP sounds to me like the vet is wrong
Biz was imported from Germany in early 2011, where he had stood at Friesenstall Marschhorst. He is now with us in Ohio, awaiting his first foal to one of our mares in (hopefully) the next month.
He's 96.something% Friesian, but most people are too blinded by his coloring to notice! He's a total sweetie and we're getting back into dressage (even I think we both prefer other disciplines :p)
Does sound little like sour grapes to me! Last year we took our team to a show and came away with 20+ championships and 10+ reserves, month later week took the same horses in similar classes and came away with a handful of wins but mostly lower places. No point getting upset about it, or...
Competition of elegance, can be driven or ridden both astride and side saddle. The judge awards the turnout with the most elegant and pleasing to the eye presentation.
Yes, stay disciplined and make the foal learn manners - if it's nippy, we pinch across the top of the muzzle in the same way our mares do, so any socialization it is getting from other horses isn't being undone by our sympathies.
If it's the 1987 stallion I'm thinking of, he was by an American stallion Powwow Time (Some records put the powwow's breeding as unknown, others as Navajo x Miss Chat). Dam was Country Rose (Raise You Ten x Spotted Rose). I don't know much about progeny, but if I recall correctly he was licenced...
