My vet is old school here and will not recommend or back anything that is herbal because as far as he is concerned they don't work (which I 100% disagree with). I ended up ordering the Airways Plus from Global Herbs as there was some good reviews on it with COPD horses so fingers crossed!

Thinking of ordering one of these to try for my mares copd. I tried the NAF respirator which helped the cough but if I stick my nose to her nostrils I can still hear crackling in her breathing. Wasn't sure which would be best? Anyone have experience with COPD and either of these? Thanks :)
