    sing help!

How about: Please refrain from feeding the horses as they are on a restricted (veterinary supervised) diet for health reasons. In other words bog off! Does that help?

    Bit Random - Foxes

Hi Didn't know where to post this but we live in the middle of no where and we are having trouble with a fox marking outside our front door and front garden. When you go outside the front door it stinks, its so bad that even when you drive home and enter the drive in the car with the windows...

    Advice needed - stable yard

We do want to keep it. I'm just not in the position of having my own horse at the moment as I am pregnant and have an under two year old. Its sitting there empty and I'd rather it be used.

    Advice needed - stable yard

If I was to rent it out at £20 per week per horse (max two horses). Do you think that is a fair price? I wouldn't rent the whole yard just per box. Ideally to one person with two horses with restrictions on turnout as proposed. Is that a fair price. We are on the North Wilts/Glos border...

    Advice needed - stable yard

Hi We have recently bought a house with 2 acres and a stable block. I need to rent this out but wonder as there isn't an awful lot of land (it would sustain about 2 x 15h horses). There is electricity and water to the stable block/field it is based around a concrete yard, is flood lit and...

    Advice on returning a dog

I am willing to go to a class once a week with him. That was the plan from the start to do agility or obedience. What I can't do when I am walking him with my daughter in her buggy is things like turning round in the opposite direction when we see another dog and he starts growling. That is what...

    Advice on returning a dog

I am but I just feel a bit aggrevieved that I need to do intensive training rather than 'top up' keep on top of things training and then just doing agility, obedience for fun.

    Advice on returning a dog

Dobiegirl! thanks for that! She hasn't realised that I'm not up to the job. I have had dogs before. I am more than willing to spend some time as I said keeping on top of the training, reinforcing what an already part trained dog should be able to do. I also wanted to do some agility or obedience...

Thanks for your message. I agree with your post. I think we were a bit blinded by the romantic idea of having a dog. I guess I thought that at that much money he was bound to be well trained. He was £800 but by the time I went to three training sessions, took him to the vets etc. I am in Glos...

    Advice on returning a dog

It seems to be every dog - from jack russell to staffy to labrador! He was exercised in a pack off the lead. They said he wasn't a bully but equally he wouldn't be bullied. I thought it was odd that he would attack a bitch too - I thought if anything it would of been a dog but maybe that is...

    Advice on returning a dog

blackcob - I would really appreciate a brief summary about it. I really would like to know more about this as I have just been told that that is how it is. i.e. he thinks he is in charge and he is being a protector

    Advice on returning a dog

amynag - I genuinely would like to know why he is doing it then. Do you think it is that he is just not settled in. He seems very settled at home. He really does, he isn't pining he isn't restless he really does seem very settled.
