You are lucky, my mare did the same thing and she is still lame. I am very pessimistic about her chances of riding again, but she has just produced a fantastic foal. I dont mind if she is an expensive lawnmower if she is happy. Good luck.

Oh dear, poor you. You are lucky to have two horses you can ride at all, I have one mare who is lame and a baby horsey who is only 3 weeks old so I don't think even she could carry my considerable weight!!!! I miss riding like mad and sometimes it makes me sad, but i try and look forward to...

Funny you should ask that, but only yesterday I tried some of our local mill's cool cubes. They were ok, nothing too special. Warm bran with salt is nice, sugar beet is OK but gets in your teeth!!!
