    Homebred's first win!

Yes I am :0) It's an original Point 2 with a Race Safe back protector underneath. It's pretty massive on (I am a size 8!) but I think you can now get ones which are combined with the back protector which are maybe more flattering! You can also buy navy ones, but as you said my black one doesn't...

    Homebred's first win!

In the grand scheme of things it's a tiny step, but I am over the moon with my homebred this weekend - her first ever dressage win! She's by Catherston Springsteen and just started competing at Christmas. Proud mummy! Hope these piccies work :-)

Okay so where can you buy a fairfax dressage girth from???

I have the same question now so reviving this post! I looked on Coln's website and nothing under the girth link? Ideally i'd like to try before I buy if buying new (if anyone is selling one second hand it's a 28 inch dressage I need!) so would like to find someone online who offers this...

    Foal rug sizes

My baby (small baby but mum was 15.3 and dad 16.2) was in a 3 foot when she was born, then swiftly into a 3'3 and a 3'6, before overwintering in a 4'3 and then a 5' the following summer. All my foal rugs were second hand and only about £15 each...

has anyone been to/liveried at Hallagenna riding, bodmin?

It used to stand Beatos, the LLoyds Bank black stallion... not mnuch help I know but interesting fact! I'm pretty local and all I can say not having been to the actual yard is that the hacking will be fantastic but i'd imagine the grass would be pretty sparse and boggy...

FREE Made to Measure -Brogini's and De Niros

I had my made to measure dressage boots at 16 and THANKFULLY they still fit (many many years later!). I'd say at 14 you'd be best to wait at least 2 years, and probably 4. Sorry!

what does it mean when a DR judge writes ....

Haha, yes I used to get "quietly ridden" and "tactically ridden" a lot with one particular youngster!

Can anyone help with feed?! So stuck :(

Personally I think chaff has bu**ger all in it, so I'd change that for Alfa Oil straight away unless you know he reacts to it (i've never had one do so but hear reports of some getting hyper on it!). Then for top line condition I swear by Saracen Show Improver Pencils. They're the only thing...

    Dressage gurus I need you!

At one point you could get the young horse tests free from BD... I printed them off once but have never been able to find them again, so if you go a-hunting on the BD website and manage to find them could you post a link here please! Yes I also think too much for a 6 year old... I think the...
