I'm not sure how the racing fraternity would cope with that law. A lot of yards don't have access to any turnout, with some having 300 plus horses on site.
We are in an area where it is hard to find people to do this for free, we would have to pay. We also have an obligation to make sure whoever does it has the correct insurances etc (this is non negotiable due to our situation).
There has been a previous cull but a long time ago. Rabbit proof...
We rent a paddock for grazing. The tenants are asking for us to undertake a rabbit cull at our expense.
There is nothing relating to this in our contract but I wouldn't expect to have to foot the bill?
Has anyone been in a similar situation that can advise please.
I'd like to buy 3 or 4 cavaletti, my dream scenario would be the Ingrid Klimke ones but I can't find anyone in the UK that supplies them (assuming I could afford them as in Euros they work out about approx £180 each). There is a general view that the old style cross ended ones aren't safe...
Well the rug set I want comes with a neck already and is £160, there is not an option without neck. It would then cost me a further £50 to buy a larger neck.....
I've been a customer of Premier Equine for 15 odd years now. One of the reasons I liked their rugs is that they would let me swap the standard size neck cover that comes with all the 6"6/6"3 rugs for a large one when I ordered. No matter what size of horse I had, the standard neck was too...
We have just bought a place that has a small steel framed barn. I would like somewhere secure to leave my tack, I am thinking of having a breeze block tack room with a flat roof built in the interior of it. Has anyone done something like this or have a better suggestion? I just want somewhere...
