I took my family up to HAPPA to see all the rescue horses, had many cuddles with all the residents, non horsey husband met a new friend and wouldn't leave his stable, then went back and said bye when we were leaving the big softie (hubby that is) great day now sat catching up having a brew :)

I too am horse shopping and I've seen a few perfect for me however you get there and what was advertised as a 16.1/2 are usually 15.2/3, I went to see a 17.1 and it can't have been over 16.2, my budget is similar to yours, I've always had tb's but this time fancy something a bit different :)...
