Hi, my thoroughbred suffered left side facial paralysis so I took her to Rainbow and she was diagnosed with Temporohyoid Osteoarthropathy and she had to have urgent surgery the next day to remove the Temporohyoid bone, the vet says its quite rare and not many cases so recovery is not known...
