I'm trying to find a reasonably priced 7" bit for my girl , but I am really struggling. Nowhere seems to go up to a 7" without them benig very pricey bits , or harsh bits/ I want something gentle for my soft mouthed mare like a snaffle , ideally with sweet iron or rubber coating etc...

Well she's a big girl who's crossed with draught The straight bar fits perfectly, I just don't like them

So if a 6.5" straight bar fits her perfect, she'd need a 7" in a snaffle ?

Hello Tried my mare in a straight bar 6.5" rubber bit today which fit her great , however I want to get her a happy mouth snaffle or similar I am just wondering if she fits a 6,5" straight bar , would a jointed 6.5" still fit her or will she need bigger/smaller in a jointed snaffle ?

I'm going to get some micronised linseed ... any advice on what conditioning cubes to replace the heygates ?

Bought some of the new dengie molasses free hoof care today to phase out the mollichop It is heygates conditioning cubes , but going to use the last of those and get something else

I don't want to put her on something that's totally molasses free, as she's a real finicky eater and I don't think she'd touch it . She won't even take polos or likit she's that fussy She's on the apple molli which is 17-22% sugar .... The Hifi original , or original with apple are 9% and...
