the owner of the horses refused vet entry, they were taken there by an animal welfare agency. The agency involved is trying everything to get newspapers involved and then maybe the rspca will act!

a shameless bump to get these horses some help before its too late. The rescue charity that got to see them say some may only have a couple of weeks left before they die of starvation.
