My Welshie has NAF Easy Breathe as she gets an irritating cough from the hay/general dust. She also has NAF cough-ease stuff every now and then when the above plus hay dampening is not enough to stop it.
Old girl gets NAF veteran stuff as she loses condition very easily due to being ancient!
Of course I do! I've not competed in years but enjoy owning/riding horses. I have my own goals to aim towards and don't feel as if I am less motivated as a result. Horses are my hobby - competing stresses me out too much and turns my hobby into an ordeal so I just don't see the point of me...
My Welshie just has fronts on - she has rock hard feet so doesn't need backs. If I didn't do so much road work then I could probably get away with shoeless but she gets a bit foot sore on grsvel/stones without the fronts on.
Old girl wanders about 24/7 but tends to come into the yard at night and stand in her box. Welshie is on the starvation paddock and gets a couple of short sessions a day on the 'proper' stuff. She comes in at night to limit her grass intake even further!
Poor Castle - and just when you are doing exams. Horses know how to give you maximum worry! I hope he feels more like himself tomorrow. Hugs to you both. x
