We have 2 17.3's on the yard and they are in the biggest stables here which are 16x18. We have got some other 17hh's who are slighter builds in 14x16's and 14x14's and they all have plenty of room but all the stable blocks have extremely high roofs which I think helps.

I once got asked when unloading my Traditional Cob at a show why I had brought a cow to a horse show?!? She has full mane and feathers and only I'm aloud to call her cow features lol. She went in the ring and trounsed all the finer coloureds. Must of been a cow judge ;) made me giggle if anything
