Just a quick comment to the post above about Montar jods - I'd already found the Decathlon ones so I haven't looked into the Montar ones too closely, but if anyone else is interested, there seems to be a lot of them on sale (from £35 reduced down from over £100) and they definitely go up to...
Just an update - after totally failing for ages to find any jods that were both my size AND lightweight, I've finally managed to find some! I was taking back the jods I'd ordered from Decathlon that didn't fit, and I thought I'd have a look at what other jods they had just on the off chance...

Unfortunately I still haven't found anything that's both lightweight and a large enough size though. It really is ridiculous - Decathlon's 48 was too small (what do these sizes even mean?! I definitely don't have a 48"...
Sadly the Dublin ones only go up to an 18 which is apparently a 36" waist, which I know won't fit. It's looking like it's not possible to be both fat and not too hot when it comes to jods!
Well, I ordered some of Decathlon's mesh jods, but the biggest size they do were still too small on the waist :(
It's a real shame, they were otherwise very comfy and seemed like they'd be great for warm weather.

I'm planning to get back into riding after several years off due to physical health issues, which have also led to me gaining quite a bit of weight so I'm now a size 18-20. I'm struggling to find any jodhpurs that fit - all of the 18s that I've tried have been MUCH too small, so I'm guessing...
