    Buying a weanling/yearling?

Okay, I talked everything through with mum and she says that there's no way my dad will let me take on anything- that means no younster or loan or anything. So I guess that makes my decision easier! And we were thinking about looking for a livery, but the owner of the field isn't in a...

    Buying a weanling/yearling?

Thanks, well done for coping ;) It must have been amazing watching your boy grow, and knowing he's like he is because of your hard work!

    Buying a weanling/yearling?

Yeahh, I think I may be underestimating uni! But then again, Ned has to come with me anyway. A welshie/cob cross should be able to live out pretty much 24/7, meaning livery shouldn't be crazy, and again I would get a job and work my socks off ;)

    How much for livery/rent?

I didn't realise how good a deal I had before! I'll ring her and ask about renting the whole field, but if not I'll just go with the £20/week. Thanks everyone!

    How much for livery/rent?

Hey, I was just wandering how much a reasonable livery fee to keep my horse in a 3 acre field with a stable with water etc. would be? The owner asked for £20/week which I think is too much, seeing as there's no school and will be no other horses or people there. I was paying £26/week for...
