I would not advise using any sort of chopped rapeseed such as Raviera bedding for any horses especially horses suffering from COPD or any sort of dust allergy. Rapeseed is a common allergy in both horses and humans. My Welsh D has a severe allergy along with a couple of other horses in the barn...
