Thank you very much. I'm so paranoid about her. Shes fine eating well. I went out to check on her and it loooks like its taken skin off around the tooth (on the gum) but shes eaten her feed, apple and grass and now hya. SO i think alls okay. Thank yo thoug !!

I would say the best is through friends. Tell someone who knows a lot of people in the horse world. This way means that you know they are from a reliable source. Also look at - Horsequest and Horse and hound - horses of the week are a good place to start :)

She has already been assessed and they gave us no diagnosis other than 'a weeks rest' .. They told us to see a back specialist but she has seen 3 different physios!
she has bucked once but that was due to her saddle nearly touching her ears (she had changed shape but it is sorted now) and to running after the fence she always tended to run before never after..
A horse of mine once had cushings. It is normally a tumour on the pituitary gland.
Their hair becomes long and wavy which is the most noticeable symptom. Although they also tend to urinate more and drink a lot more than a normal horse would as their immune system is being affected. :)
