    I think it's bad access as the gate is on a road (which can be fairly busy) so if you had a horsebox/trailer you would have to park on road to unload

    thing is it's the only way from one field to the other (literally couple of a steps) -yes is all year round - and fencing is secure because we've secured it

    yep on annual grazing license - from the council - it's 5.4 acres I think would be 5 horses (well 4 real horses and a miniature shetland who thinks she's a 16hand tb! not just 29")

    When registered Echo my tb was really tempted to call him "Poof Bags" as that's his nickname in field. And Archie (who's a new forest crossed with god knows what by when little looked liked donkey out of shrek) so was going to be called "Donks" And Minnie well her registered name is Violet...
