Hi. You have to have passed your test before 1997 to drive anything over 3.5 tonne, any time after that and you have to take another test That's wot i heard and have gone by.. hope this helps xxx

Does he wear a flash?? if he doesn't this might be worth a try as would stop him opening his mouth. you can get a connecter that fits over the nose band to hold it in place. Id try this before andything more drastic. xxx
