he has 3 front teeth on his right side of his mouth.. He eats his 3 troughs of hay he gets every day.. but grain is the problem, it spills out of his mouth when he trys to eat it

Hes put on alot of weight since i got him... but hopefully over time you wont be able to see his ribs.. i was told he wont re gain the muscle in his back end or in his hips.. is this true?? im going to see him today, he has an appointment with the farrier, ill get better pictures of him now. I...
