Feelings have been running very high on her FB page, people very upset. she did put the name on of the person she thinks owns the farm and say's she is contacting Rspca now so hopefully they'll get to them.

Girl on Facebook who buys and sells has put on her wall that a dealer took her to see some cobs for sale in Oldham today. she say's there was about 60 horses in a large barn all underweight and suffering from neglect and that at least 3 were in such a state, lay in their own mess and too weak...
