    Dangerous hacking!

    lorry's have no control over brakes and most drivers cringe when it happens as we do! I used L plates on youngsters - drivers understand this and it works a treat. If I hear a car coming too fast I turn round make eye contact, SMILE and say thank you before they are anywhere near us- never...

    If you don't have a spare £100 you shouldn'town a horse?

    I certainly dont have a spare £100- if I did it would have been spent by now! From working at a vets though i have the moto of "You cant afford to NOT be insured" when people told me they couldn't afford insurance. I have seen too many animals die because they didn't have the insurance cover.

    Mare owners...........

    Mine is an absolute nightmare! Tried everything under the sun then caved in and put her on Regumate! What a difference in my opinion when shes in season shes not worth a penny - on Regumate shes worth thousands!!!!

    Tony Warr - what a legend, My best bit was as he approached the Vicarage Vee, while most riders flapped around Tony Warr shouted "GO!" and the horse jumped lovely!!! Poor Francis Wittington my heart melted when he hugged his horse!!!

    Vet or Physio?

    You should always go to your vet first. As a McTimoney-Corely practitioner myself we are not allowed to treat a horse without the vets permission. Even a phone call to discuss your horse maybe enough for the vet to refer you to a physio. Hope all's well.
