Regardless of insurance the point is she wants me to pay half of the vet bill, I'm not liable for paying. I kept my insurance running so when I got him back it was ready. I had to have insurance as he went to a college before a private loan so they already knew he was not with me.

I'm getting him back she's not wanting to pay all of it because I'm having him back.

Thanks everyone for replying I have said that it's her responsibility for paying the vet bill. I have even phones citizens advice and a good friend of my dad's is a solicitor even he said she is liable to pay even if she took me to court she would not have a leg to stand on as I have a contract...

She called the vet took him to a vets and she got the bill

No pre existing injury other than grass sickness. Never been lame in his life. He got all treatment needed.

She has asked me to pay half the vet bill. I have insurance but have contacted them and they can't help unless I put a claim in for it. If I do that the contract would be void if I claim for it as the horse was not in my care at the time of injury.

He cut his hind fetlock. Had to be taken to vets for it to be stapled and 2 weeks antibiotics on box rest.

hi i would like to go xc schooling to we should all meet up and go together. there is one by me at appleton le moors, its good for youngsters and anyone really, jumps from 2ft to 3ft 11. ta xx
