We are locked down in our home county from 6pm today so glad we got a good few outings in whilst we could and lovely to have videos and photos to enjoy. Off to take Reilee up the mountain now before the rain returns tomorrow!

Have used both activation bands in lessons with Di Breeze. Got more benefit with the longer band from shoulder to opposite heel and did encourage me to stretch my left side and keep it stretched. Nix is q expressive in her dressage lessons (as in everything) so Di does tend to remove the bands...

You're probably right but I q enjoy doing a longer ride - with some jumps if they are ok as a bit of fun. Not got enough variety in terms of size and question type for me to use for XC schooling when can go to Kelsall (for newbies) & Somerford (when heading towards Novice & beyond)
