Hello my horse had embotape and eqvalane yesterday and this morning she has itchy small lumps all over her skin. Should I be worried and what is the cause?

I have tried that and i can get her walking past that corner with no reaction when i get back on to ride she displays the same behaviour at the same corner.

My Hanovarian mare continually spooks in the same corner of the outdoor ménage, a bird flew from the large bush/tree months back and she will shy away and canter away from the corner everytime. I have lunged her there let her find food there and walked her past so many times but she still spooks...
