I've had one for three or four years now and it's one of the best bridles I've ever had, especially for the price (I think about £80-100?). I've had others in between and other than my Silver Crown bridles, nothing else has compared.

Not helpful but it might make you feel better to know that the BS offers (including 6 months) are only if you have NEVER been registered before, otherwise it's now £129 for you and £75 for the horse, so BD really do the best deal for membership, especially as you don't need to be anything more...

If the horse starts to bascule on take off generally it will come up a bit, if it looks reasonable and it's not moving on landing I would say it's ok. If you're worried put a saddle pad under it to give a bit of a cushion.

We used it at work for a horse who had an operation and something like 6 months box rest. He was extremely weak and with a combination of good/the right work and this he's now looking great and is no longer having it. We were prescribed it by the vet but you can buy it from viovet. It's funny...

I just have to say even if you spend the £££ on an animo you won't regret it! They are so comfy and easy to wash, keep a good quality and fit. Would never be able to go back to a non-technical (had to wear my old tweed thing for an exam and looked awful), and will get an animo again eventually...

It looks like he's quite willing to work rounder for you once everything is ready, there are some points in the video where he's offering it/showing you. I did mine in exactly the same place, although mine was just a simple (compound) fracture so nothing needed to be done other than wear a sling. Because it was just in a sling I was able to move it when I could and rest it the rest of the time I think I (naughtily) got back on a horse at about 4...

Horses do all kinds of weird things in February, unless it seems really injury related it's best just to write most things off as them just being weird haha
