I am loving this thread, so many gorgeous ponies !! It is my fantasy to have a horse to ride plus a pony to drive of my own. For those that keep on livery, do liveries charge less as they're so small ?

This is exactly what I would be looking for in a good trainer. Good for you for having that eye and trying to make other people better riders.

Thank you all for the welcome, and thank god for the internet :) I've been able to keep my hand in by following blogs and forums since I stopped riding, so I'd like to think that I'm not completely fish out of water. Fiona, she's lovely !!! Good job on everyone for scratching that horsey itch :P

I'm 33, from the Caribbean, rode lessons here for 8 years, stopped for exams at 18. Was offered a share 2 years ago, took 2 rides and got tossed off, complete with smashed hat and magnificent bruises. I'm going to be migrating to England in a few weeks (dependent on work) and will be starting...
