Before being so rude, maybe note that this was a very quick sprint across a field, not the entire length of a derby? Crikey, no need to be so sarcastic!
I ride in a CG with one rein, do PC and compete etc. nobody has ever had a problem with it or even mentioned it, IMO I would never use just the snaffle so no point in having it, I'm just softer with my hands if I don't need to be as strong!
Would like to hire a side saddle and also really need it to fit well as the horse hasn't got an amazing back. If anyone knows someone who I could hire a saddle from that is also good at fitting I would really appreciate it. Thanks
Yeah I presume so! I just had a go and got this.
I've been practising plaiting it and it just looks awful and has so many whispy bits at the side so I'm feeling I should pull, but I've not done it before so I'm worried I will do it badly!
Is it plaited, pulled, natural, mud knotted (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SgbgMj9TCk&sns=em) or wrapped up like a polo tail? Also, how long should it be? Some keep theirs quite short?
I'm really keen to do some interhunt relays however I have a particularly dangly legged TB when it comes to rustic showjumps, could anyone tell me which of the relays in the more South West direction have fixed cross country jumps? I know the Bath and West do so I am hoping to get a team...
