Need to go anon for this. Unfortunatly I have miscarried. I had no idea at all that I may be pregnant as my cycle is very irregular & am on the Pill. I had to have been pretty early on. Understandably I know I need it easy for a bit. . How long should I wait before getting back in the Saddle?
