Depends where in the country you're based. I agree Twemlows are excellent but are miles from me. I use Rossdales in Newmarket for my stallion and they are excellent.

Have messaged you. Amour G has been used very successfully on TB mares to do the job you're after. Two different newmarket vets have used him and been so pleased with their foals. they both came back for reapeat breedings.

As popsdosh says, it could be just that the stallion owner has not paid the fees. This is the case with Amour G at the moment, I paid for him to be AES licensed alongside his WBS-UK and SHBGB licensing in order to offer mare owners AES papers, however nobody seemed to want them over the others...
