Exactly this, her travel insurance is not going to provide public liability for what she might damage on a horse whilst travelling, it's covering damage to her. Interesting that BHS covers this scenario. I use Harry Hall for my public liability and they do not provide cover in this scenario.

I can see how to download the written tests but not the diagrams

I need to buy some BD tests and think I will go for the test plan diagrams as I have a visual brain. They offer two versions of the plans, one of which is a large format version, does anyone know what that is like and how does it differ to the normal version? Anyone got any pics? Wondering...

I know, that is exactly what happened last time so I had to give up! What do you use to ground yourself at the edge of the arena? I think that's the way forward as I am often at the fence when we are doing lateral in hand work so that would be practical.

Thanks PurBee. It's not practical for me to water the school every day, and the amount of water required to do that would bother me too. I think I'm going to try installing a grounding point and to keep discharging myself as I pass so that at least I am not shocking my poor horses. Totally...

I have just ditched my LeMieux stirrups as I didn't like the tilted footbed. Can anyone confirm whether the Acavallo Alu (not the Aluplus) has a tilted footbed? I like the look of them as a replacement but don't want to make the same mistake.

@millitiger I am looking at a quote for rubber from Foley's at the moment as I am looking for a top up for my rubber and sand arena. How did you find them to deal with as a company? PM if you prefer.

This is what my gut has been telling me. I really like the ride from the rubber chip on sand, and even though my arena is way past its best it is useable in all but monsoon weather but it really needs refurbishing now.
