just an opinion - be careful about loaning out and who too...
wont go into it as im sure you all know the horror stories..
i also have no issue with putting a horse to sleep in situations like this, to make sure the horse isnt passed about or whatever, they have no concept of tomorow - its just us.

but my 2nd thought was if thieves knew about this - would they try and remove it?? (the length these scum goto these days)

he was apparantly sold for dressage and hacking - even though i hated what he did to me - i was gutted - i was 15 then so i didnt actually have 100% say in what happened with him -
i wanted him shot (he was that dangerous)... but he was re-schooled...
