Hey guys, Have officially been initiated into the riding world with my first fall!! Came off the very lovely Conker today after some ambitious jumping (completely my fault) but am feeling both bruised and a bit of an idiot!! Please share my pain!! xx

Hello, I've just taken up riding again having had some very basic lessons as a girl. My very lovely friend Bex1984 has been letting me ride her pony and giving me some lessons. Does anyone want to share good tips for begginers? All help very gratefully recived!!
