I currently own a nearly 4.5 year old male Cockapoo who is extremely chilled. He has excellent recall, can be left on his own fine for 4-6hrs (this does not happen often) is great with other dogs and people. He is a confident and happy dog who I think would be a great teacher to a younger...
Sophie Marie Gooding sells super PRE's but you need a good five figure budget. I know a few people who bought from here and they are lovely. Have you got a lot of experiences with PRE's? I thought I did, bought my first one last year and was never so glad to sell a horse than him. They are very...
Thanks all. I will clear an area in the carp park tonight. Horse is quite lively and finds lunging exciting so I rather not risk him on the slippery concrete. Happy for that part of the vetting to be done as I am not hiding anything!
I think it could be done in the car park which hard core but has some big stones. I would rather suggest this as an alternative than risk him on the slippery concrete
At my yard we have smallish concrete area that is quite slippery and where my horse has nearly slipped over a few times as he has no road nails in (only shod in front). I am worried if the vet suggests to lunge him on that area he will fall over as he is young and not the most balanced. Can I...
Unfortunately things have not worked out with my Andalusian and I have made the decision to sell him. In the last few weeks I believe a small flat sarcoid has formed near his under his belly near his sheath. How much would this affect his price? He was only imported from Spain in Feb 2021 and...
The plan would be to move somewhere with a floodlit arena etc once I move house and I am closer to the area. As he is quite weak I dont think it will harm him having an easy winter doing groundwork and to pick him up properly early spring.
A bit of background I recently purchased a 4 year old horse that is a bit much weaker and more of a project than anticipated. He needs going to basics and doing a lot of ground work. I have bought him to do affiliated dressage eventually and a bit bit of riding club fun. Both Yards are at least...
I am a bit concerned about his feet which have been flagged up. I have got a good remedial farrier on standby. Are your PRE's barefoot? I am hoping to keep barefoot.
