I'm having the same issue, with NFU too! Claimed twice for over past 2 years - fantastic service, paid for stable cost as during the summer etc. etc. but now looking at a fortune each month. Had a look around and although I recieved a few lower quotes when asking people's experience there was...
Will get some pics and post them later this afternoon.
Will look into rosehips - sounds great!
Sorry forgot to mention I have tried many supplements over the years of owning him, he was on pro-feet for a full winter, he has never had fantastic feet but they are getting worse rather than better.
I have a 13 year old TB x ID who has always been good at holding his weight. Grass is pretty poor ATM and horses are living out and he has dropped quite a bit of weight and I am really struggling getting it back on. He is now having to stay in overnight and is eating 3 nets plus x2 daily feeds...

I think they are, I mean it may be the way each individual has handled them from birth etc.
My TB mare I had when I was younger was clipped & had a heavy weight on in snow and was always fine. My current gelding who is TB x ID gets very cold, he shivers if he is cold or wet (even when its...
