thanks for the response - think we are looking at a lot less than that as only one arena but it is useful to see how different places charge, and that they excluse insurance, which I imagine most RC/PC will have anyway

I am trying to work out how much we should charge organisations to hire our new arena (60x30 combi ride, with full set of Jump for Joy jumps and plenty of fillers), with plenty of parking for things like clinics etc - but not for full scale competitions as we only have the one arena. Any ideas...

Thanks for the sugggestions, all good ideas - have managed to find quite a few places to advertise both locally and online. And also planning an open day later in June so will see how that goes.
