What on earth does he think he is doing? Ads like this annoy me so much. There is no regard for the wellbeing of the colt and does he honestly think this is going to make someone want to by the horse for any reason other than out of pity??
I volunteered at Heathrow Special Needs farm located at the very end of one of Heathrow's runways. The horses used in riding lessons didnt bat an eyelid at the massive jumbo jets flying low over them and just got on with doing their job!
The yard I work at has a public footpath going across the very middle of the biggest field. There are signs on the stiles on each side asking people to keep their dogs on leads and keep to the designated right of way, but this simple request is never followed.

I wear mine when I am riding new or unpredictable horses or in a new environment and sometimes when I'm jumping.

I have to say, I wouldn't leave the headcollars on the gate next to a road, surely that is just making things much easier for potential theives?

Why not try volunteering at an RDA center? Whereabouts are you? I volunteer at a lovely farm for people with special needs which does RDA lessons and it is one of the best, most rewarding things I have ever done and everyone there is so friendly :)

Goggles! I have a picture of myself (that I actually love!) riding along the beach (my dp), only thing is, I have my eyes closed because all of the sand and salty water getting flicked into my face!
