I've been riding since I was 9-ish I think, nearly 18 and I'm still not very good! :o I try hard, and I want to learn. I still wobble, I get scared, but I am making (slow) progress, and while focussing on exams right now, am still trying to ride once a month to clear my head and have some fun...

Well, after 6 months or so off riding, (due to getting my grades up mostly :o) I had a lesson tonight :) I'm so unfit!:eek: Tacked up Dawi, a nice Welshy thing, and took him to the indoor for a half hour private with my favourite instructor :) Thankfully I can still get on :D Walked him...

It felt fantastic - I feel like I'm actually getting somewhere! And it was on a horse I normally struggle with, am dead proud of him :) He felt a LOT more awake afterwards :D
