I follow a few “mumfluincers” for ideas for days out etc. and one has just set up a subscription option for people to “get to see the real them”.
A- why would you want to share so much of your kids online.
B- who wants to sign up to these subscriptions?!
She’s got two more weeks of 15min walks with mostly resting/crates and then we’re back to normal life!!
They’re really pleased with how she’s looking and she isn’t in any pain.
They don’t need to see her again and hopefully we’re in the clear now!
Now she’s a little bit fitter and stronger we can make it up to the field at the top of the road for a little sniff in our allotted 15mins ❤️
We’re back over to the vet tomorrow for her final appt (hopefully!)
She’s such a cheeky minx. She met me at the front door earlier when I was sure I’d locked her crate. I Thought I mustn’t have done as was distracted with the kids. When I left later I double checked I’d locked it and she still escaped!! I have no idea how she’s undoing the lock!
I’m enjoying my 10mins peace from the kids each day. I’m looking forward to when we can get back to our normal walks.
She goes back for final (hopefully) sign off next week and I imagine we’ll be adding a few mins walking each week and eventually going off lead. I’ll be so nervous about that...
She had her two week check and physio that and she’s doing so well!
Still a few more weeks crate rest but she’s allowed 10-15mins on lead walking a day now to start building up!
We’ll be back again in 2 weeks for a final check but they’re so pleased with how she’s doing.
That’s such a lovely offer thank you!
I’ll check in with the physio at her appt next week and if they say it’s ok (and the weather is looking good) I’ll send you a message!
If we get more nice weather before she’s officially allowed out, I might create a little pen for her so she can sit out and enjoy the sun safely while I’m pottering with the kids.
Sunbathing is just her favourite thing ever. She’s been fast asleep in her crate ever since so I think some...
I probably should have had her on the lead but she just chilled on the cushion. As she gets stronger I’ll have to keep her on the lead to stop her doing too much!
It’s such a beautiful day that I brought Roxie out into the garden with me for 20mins. She was so happy and just chilled in the sunshine.
I’m really pleased with how her back is looking too!
It has a normal opening door on the side as well so it can slot into different spots in the house.
At the moment she’s in the middle of everything so she doesn’t get lonely.
Her big bed fills the whole space in the new crate so I’ve ordered a water bowl to attach to the bars as well.
She’s...
