Okay then. Years ago, it was easy to buy a safe hacking horse capable of doing a variety of activities to an acceptable level. So why is it there are so few of these horses left?

I have seen many horses trotting or cantering round a jump ring, with their necks bent to one side, not when they are actually jumping, but when they are cantering up toward the jump...
I have been searching for over a year for a horse like that and everyone I have seen forsale is always over £4,500. It seems coloured are really sought after now and if it has nice straight paces and safe imo given what I have seen in the past year, it would go for over £5,000. Unless I am not...
