Hello My new pony has a fear of coloured poles he will jump over ground poles if another horse goes first. i'm not sure how to get his confidence up so does anyone have any ideas or tips?? Thanks very much in advance :)

ours is 190 pcm for DIY so nothing is included. We have a small outdoor floodlit school and jumping field in the summer. And the yard is outskirts of London/Surrey area.

£180 per month includes stable, school, shared tack room, grazing, okay hacking we have to get our own hay shavings ect and do all the jobs.
