I loved galloping on my pony. It was such an amazing feeling letting her just be free and to go as fast as she could without me stopping her. She got so excited doing it as well and for a stocky little cob she was surprisingly fast. It's one of the things I miss most about riding/horse owning.
I was told something similar to this. I had a 'Caution! Young horse.' bib and was told to wear it inside out as a lady at my old yard said that if anything was to happen that I could possibly be blamed and I could be questioned as to why I took a youngster on the road.
The local tack shop was so overly priced that I soon resorted to driving 40 minutes to the neighbouring county as a tack shop there was awesome. They had everything I needed there. It was not cheap but it wasn't anywhere near as expensive as my local tack shop and the staff were really friendly...
