When i get him i was gonna put him on ultium growth, alfalfa cubes, and free choice coastal bermuda hay (that is the only hay available here). Do you have any suggestions for nutrition to ensure he grows up and stays sound? Also, the vet said something about having his joints that were infected...

If her mane and tail are black, chances are she is still a bay. From what i have seen some foals arent born with the black legs, and when they shed out the black shows up.
