She clearly read this! For the last two days I've been greeted with songs and toys too! Contrary creature 🙄

My shepherd'y beastie doesn't even bother getting up when it's just me coming in. However if any of her favourite humans arrive, she has to bring them something - usually a soft toy or her treat ball, whilst singing a song of welcome. But they're not allowed to actually have it, just admire it.

Unless you're planning on walking through gorse and brambles. That was not nice.

Seconded. Ellie had her first jab last week and it's made a big difference already - she's definitely brighter and more comfortable.

My poor beastie gets all sorts. She's officially Ellie, but gets called Bestest Dog, Snuggles, Bogdog, Stinkypants, Tiddles, and Ellie Welly Smelly Jelly.

Definitely trousers first. The one time I forgot this I was outside and halfway to the car before I wondered why it felt breezy round my legs! Had socks and shoes on, but no trousers. But to answer the question...socks, right one first. shoes only go on as I leave the house.
