I was in Windsor for the day and saw a horse and carriage on the carriage rank - the horse was obviously old, and in pretty poor condition - i don't think it should've been working. Does anyone know who I'd report it to? I've thought about it for ages and I really think something ought to be done!

I've been too and agree its twisty - but personally think for a young horse that needs to learn the course is useful - the fences aren't huge and don't pose a massive challenge, but they've got to focus on what you're asking rather than just gallop along in the open. I've heard on the...
