The idea of the trailer is brilliant - lots of storage space, horses travel much better in it, tows really nicely. But it's just not made well and the customer service is not good. My trailer has gone in this week for repair having been waiting since August for the part!- vicki40

You are very lucky!! Met a lovely lady at the dealers yesterday and has had no end of problems too and also saw some trailers in for repair in the yard that had the same problems. I hope you continue to be pleased with yours- vicki40

Anyone thinking of buying an Equitrek - DONT!!!!! You will be totally disappointend and Equitrek will NOT help you DONT BUY ONE - Please post if you agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Door to gas bottle compartment won't shut - previously "fixed" Front large window leaking Vent in living...- vicki40
