I have had the same experience with the Cambox V4 Pro I bought. Terrible customer service, they promise to sort things out but it doesn't happen. Battery life only lasts for about 40 minutes and therefore useless on a hack. I was told they only had this problem with the cameras sold to the UK as...
I bought one of these for my trailer. It was easy to install, connected the electrics for the camera to the trailer's overhead light inside. Monitor plugs in to cigarette lighter socket.

It looks like he has been in the UK but is/has been for sale, don't know if stud advert has been updated;
Sonrise Genesis - Bell Tower Stud (weebly.com)
Perhaps AI has been used? He has got a lot of progeny born in Ireland 2019 & 2020. Interestingly it says born 2008 on IHR but 2003 on the stud...
I think you'll find it is just the Australian ID society listing the registrations from the Irish register.
Her unnamed 2020 bay colt by Sonrise Genesis was bred by Thomas Lynch, Cavan, Ireland.
I can watch the 30 minutes video on my laptop from the SD card, very good footage.
I just can't open any settings for the camera as the app doesn't work. I got a newer model Sony Xperia.
Very annoyed with the after sales as they were very quick pre sales to chat with me.
I have had one contact...
Unfortunately the app doesn't work. I downloaded the latest version to my mobile. Mobile can find V4Pro but it can't open the app. How else can I change the settings on the camera? There is nothing on the camera to work it except for power on/off, recording on/off, WiFi on/off.
jnb - I tried their chat but they didn't reply to me so gave up after waiting for over an hour. I have also emailed them twice.
There are no instructions on how to reduce the video quality.
I bought the V4Pro version. It is a a well designed camera to wear under the visor of the helmet and it takes a clear video.
However, it does only record for about 30 minutes, advert says up to 90 minutes. which I would like it to do on my daily road hacks. There is a 64Gb memory card so no...
I got a Back on Track MIPS helmet which is a very good fit. It is slightly more oval than round in shape so doesn't put the pressure on over my forehead which used to give me a headache at times. It is also quite light.
The other plus is you can take the liners out and wash them. I did also buy...
"and a microchip from ireland (or ik) but a microchipreader cant always find a irish or UK chip".
That can't be right. If he is only 5 years old his chip should be possible to read from the reader.
Do you know for sure that he has got 2 chips?
If you have both numbers it increases the chances...
This is probably NOT the right horse but the only chestnut male born 2015 with "pino" in its name.
I do not know if this horse has been sold abroad nor if it has a microchip.
